El Puerto Ibiza Hotel Spa

Very good location for a resonable price. Big and comfortable room vith good storage.

The glas in the bathroom-windows was a little to see-through.

Location is fine because this hotel is close to sea.

The hotel was the only hotel I could get for the dates I could travel and be located in Ibiza Town. The rate included breakfast and wi-fi - if you want to sit in the hotel foyer! It was clean and served its purpose.

I think the staff could be a bit more helpful and breakfast could be a bit more tasty but again, you get what you pay for.

Location - the port and old town are easily walkable. The air conditioning is good. Airport bus number 10 costs 3.50euros, has a luggage rack and stops 4 minutes' walk away from the hotel. Drinks in the hotel's functional bar are very reasonable compared to bar prices around the port, parks and old town .

Bathroom drains dry out and smell. There's a Harley Davidson rental place opposite the hotel so you get a fair bit of Harley noise if you take a siesta!

Great location

The rooms were only cleaned upon request and even then were not cleaned thoroughly. We came back on multiple days to an uncleaned room with no fresh towels and had to request that the maid service return to clean our room.

Easy to move by feet,close to harbour,supermarket close to hotel,car & bike rentals opposite hotel.lot of young people customers.

A bit noisy for sleeping after clubbing.no freezerator in the room.

Big rooms, big balconies, great location. If you were to drive to Ibiza town, this is where you'd end up parking your car anyway.

The furniture and design is pretty basic. Things are functional and not broken, but it wouldn't win any design prizes.

The location of the hotel is excellent. We're not clubbers particularly but we did want a good choices of bars and restaurants, which is just what we got. The hotel is down a side street that leads onto the main road along the Marina and within 5 minutes walk of bars and restaurants and the castle. Our towels were changed every day as we put the old ones in the bath every morning and the room was kept clean.

The hotel is very basic, but was ok for what we needed. The first 2 days everywhere was quiet but then the last 2 days we couldn't get a seat in the restaurant at breakfast so had to sit in the smoky bar. At night the noise from outside was terrible! We were on the 6th floor off the main street, but the crowds may as well have been outside the door. The walls are also very thin and so noise from other rooms could be a problem, luckily we had a family next to us as opposed to a rowdy group. The hotel leaflet makes it look more plush than it really is. The hotel was ok for us, 2 friends, we had a fantastic time and the room was clean which is the main thing, but I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

My stay in the Hotel was not good: the Hotel is not beautiful, you don't have privacy in the room and the electric structure of the room was so bad: my hair dryer plug fused when I was using it (very dangerous). Moreover the Hotel staff handled in a not good way.

Room smelt a bit of old smoke.

Fantastic location if you go to/arrive from Formentera and need to overnight in Ibiza: 100mt form the ferry port and bus stop to the airport. The Dalt Villa, the hystorical city centre of Ibiza and its restaurants and shops are less than 5' walk. Not recommended for long stays.

Not soundproof. A little bit of noise from the road (and the air conditioner)

The location is quite good. The hotel has a small but nice swimmingpool.

Disappointed when we arrived to find pool area closed I think this information should have been on the Website or Hotel Website as this wasone of the mian reason's we booked.

Very central. Clean and perfectly adequate. Everyone was very nice and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.

I booked 2 nights on the internet and then when I arrived and wanted to stay longer I was disappointed that I could not have the internet rate. The breakfast was very basic I would prefer not to have it at all and have a reduced rate. The coffee and juice vending machines were not to my taste. I would prefer fresh drinks.

the swimming pool is a mess and the walls are very thin so no sleeping without earplugs
